That’s exactly what Mushy, an e-commerce platform in Dubai is selling a mix of playful and charming design objects, home décor and furniture. Launched in early November 2023 coinciding with Dubai Design Week, Mushy was co-founded by Dina Adlouni, a brand and creative consultant with years of experience in luxury marketing and Tarlan Vaziri Farahani, an architect who also runs her architectural firm Tee Vee Eff. Like its name, a word coined by its co-founders to mean “excessively sentimental,” through their unique aesthetic the products Mushy sells are at once endearing, joyful and charismatic. They are meant to emanate positive, passionate and inspiring sentiments. The e-commerce site also offers a platform for emerging designers and artists to showcase products that bring joy to all. Their vision and mission is to provide young and established designers, with the opportunity to better showcase their creative goods and for clients, to provide pieces that are at once beautiful, happy and simply put, Mushy.
Mushy is also about generating moments of reflection and tranquility. As the world becomes increasingly fast paced through technology and the digital sphere, Mushy offers a home for one-of-a-kind products made with heart and soul that transmit joy and purpose. It is meant to encourage customers to cherish special items with a personal and collective heritage and meaning. Every product found on Mushy has a sentimental significance. Every item is created with love and joy with the purpose of emitting to the world the same playful, carefree, charismatic and happy nature.
Delivery
• We're all about getting your order to you pronto, so you can start enjoying your special MUSHY piece(s) without delay.
• Just a quick note to let you know that our shipping services are currently available exclusively within the UAE.
• As for our regular orders, we've teamed up with DHL and you can expect your delivery to arrive within 72 hours from the date of dispatch from the country of origin.
• Please keep in mind that delivery times may vary when things get busy.
• The nitty-gritty details like shipping timeframes and prices, will be sorted out during the checkout process.
• And after we've dispatched your order, you will receive an an email complete with all the tracking info you need. Happy shopping!
Return
We're thrilled that you've chosen MUSHY, and we hope your order brings you lots of joy! But if, for any reason, your item(s) didn't quite hit the mark, no worries at all – we offer free returns* to make things super easy for you.
Just remember to send your return back to us within 14 days of receiving your order.
When you're preparing your return, please handle the items with care, keeping them in great condition, just like when you first unwrapped them.
It's important to note that we can only accept returns that are in their original, undamaged state and arrive within our 14-day returns window.
Any items that are damaged or returned outside this period, unfortunately, won't be accepted and will be sent back to you.

Exchange
Unfortunately, we don't offer direct exchanges, but if you want to trade one item for another, here's the process: just return the original item and go ahead and place a new order for the one you like. You'll receive a refund for the original item, following our regular returns policy.
